Buddha Academy

You can find Buddha Academy on Post Office Road in Mango. We chose this spot because it is easy for people in Jamshedpur to get to. It is a bit quieter than the main road, which helps when you are trying to explain a difficult math problem. We have been running this place for a while. It is not a big institution with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who like teaching. We have different batches throughout the day. Some kids come early, and some come late after their sports practice. We keep a stack of old textbooks in the corner in case someone forgets theirs. The rooms are plain, just white walls and some benches. We are not trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just want the students to do their work. Sometimes we have tea in the back while the kids are doing a mock test. It is a very local vibe. People stop by to ask about timing and fees. We just tell them how it is. No sales talk. If the student wants to learn, they stay. We see a lot of the same faces every day. Mango is a tight-knit place, and we feel like a part of it. We just keep our heads down and do the teaching every day. It is a good way to stay connected to the community.
