Carrer Way

Carrer Way is our small setup over in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. Mango is a pretty big part of the city, and it stays busy from morning till night with all sorts of people moving about. We have a modest space here where we help students who are trying to get ahead with their studies. The place is quite basic, just some chairs and tables and a place for me to sit and talk with the parents when they come by. I’ve lived in Jamshedpur for a long time, and I wanted to do something useful in the local community. We don't have a huge staff or any expensive equipment. It's just a regular room where students can focus on their learning without too many distractions from the street. The 831012 area is where I spend most of my waking hours. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of students at once, but we just pull in a few extra chairs and make it work. I don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just look at the books and try to explain things in a way that makes sense to them. It's a lot of repetition and practice, really. Most of the kids around here know us now, and they just drop in after their schools let out. It’s a simple life, running a small coaching place like this in Mango, but it’s good.
