Optytech Engineers

If you head over to Phase-3 of the Gidc, you will find Optytech Engineers at Plot No. 4356. It is a straightforward engineering shop. We don't have any big corporate signs, just the name painted near the door. The building is a simple square structure. Inside, it is all about the work. We have several machines lined up and enough space to move the finished pieces around. Most mornings start with a quick look at what needs to be finished by the end of the day. There is no dress code here, just whatever is safe and comfortable for working around tools. We get a lot of grease on our hands and dust on our shoes. That is just part of the job. The neighbors in Phase-3 are mostly doing similar stuff, so it is a loud and busy area. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea, which we do several times a day. It is a good way to take a break for five minutes. The paperwork usually piles up on the small desk near the window, but we get to it eventually. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to make sure the orders are ready when the customers come to pick them up. It is a simple life and we are happy with the way things run here at the plot.
