We are located over at number 129 in G.I.D.C. Phase II. Being in an industrial zone like this means it is always noisy with other factories nearby, but it is exactly where we need to be for our operations. We deal with imports and exports, mostly handling the logistics side of things. Our office is right inside the unit, and it is usually piled high with folders and various product samples. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking emails to see where our containers are. It is not exactly glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. The area is quite dusty, and the roads inside this part of the G.I.D.C. have seen better days. We have a small team here. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones across the world. It is just part of the deal when you work in this trade. We do not really do much marketing or anything like that; most people find us through word of mouth or because they are also in the business. We have got a small storage area in the back for the items that are waiting to be sent out. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when a large shipment comes in all at once. We usually just have our tea and lunch at our desks.
