We are located at 672 in the GIDC-II area of Dared. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around us. Our building is quite large because we need the space for all the stuff we handle. It isn't a quiet office job. Most of us are out on the floor for a good part of the day. The air can be a bit heavy with the smell of whatever the neighbors are making, but you get used to it after a week or so. We have a small corner with a couple of desks for the paperwork side of things, but the real work happens in the back. We spend a lot of time checking boxes and making sure the labels are stuck on right. It’s repetitive work, but it has to be done carefully. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when the sun is hitting the roof hard. We eat lunch together in the small break area we set up near the side door. There isn't much to see around here except other factories and warehouses. We’ve been in Dared for years now and we know the truck drivers who come by regularly. It’s a steady kind of life, coming in early and leaving when the last pallet is ready. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy.
