If you look across from the NCC office in Panchavati, you’ll see Viram Asha House. We are up on the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but we like it here. Nandishwara sugnanamurthy is the name on the door, and it’s a fairly quiet place most of the time. We handle our daily business with a small group of people who have known each other for a long time. It’s not one of those big offices with glass walls and fancy coffee machines. We mostly just have our desks, some old files, and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat or settle their accounts. Panchavati is a lively area, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to stay late to get through it, but that’s just how it goes. It’s a simple operation, really. We don't have a big mission or a list of goals on the wall. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to do it right. It’s a personal way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep going every day.
