Sigma Home Tutors

We have been running Sigma Home Tutors for a while now from our base in Gangayal, Jammu. If you know the area, we are located right opposite the J&K Bank. It is a busy spot with lots of people coming and going. Basically, what we do is simple. We help find tutors for students who want to study at home instead of going to a big coaching center. We figured out long ago that some kids just do better when they are in their own living room without all the distractions of a classroom. Our small office in Gangayal is where we manage everything. It is not a fancy place, just some desks and a lot of phone calls. We spend most of our day talking to parents and checking in with the tutors to see how the lessons are going. Jammu can get really hot in the summer, and traffic near the bank is often a mess, so we think it makes life easier for everyone when the teacher goes to the student. We cover most of the school subjects. We are just a local team, mostly people from the neighborhood who know the schools around here. We don't have a big corporate board or any of that. It is just us trying to make sure the kids get their homework done and understand their math or science. It is practical work and we just take it day by day.
