Metal Moulders

Our place is in the Phase 1 Industrial Area of Gangyal, right near the main market. It's a good spot because everyone knows where the market is. We do a lot of moulding work here, which means it gets pretty hot near the furnaces during the day. The building is Plot No. 26, and it’s mostly just open space for the molds and the sand we use for the casting. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been with us a long time. They know exactly how the metal should look when it’s poured into the molds. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to talk for us. Most of what we do is just day-to-day production for local builders or factories that need specific metal parts. The yard is usually full of scrap and finished pieces waiting to be picked up by the transport trucks. It's a gritty kind of job and your clothes get dirty pretty fast from the dust. We just focus on getting the shapes right and making sure the metal is solid once it has cooled down. If there’s a problem with a pour, we just redo it. It's basic work, but it keeps us busy and the shop has been standing here for many years. We aren't looking to change much, just keeping the rhythm of the work going.
