Kayees Lube Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Krishan Bagh in the Talab Tillo area. It is a place that stays pretty greasy because of all the engine oils and lubricants we handle every day. We have drums of oil stacked up everywhere and you have to watch your step so you don't slip on a spill. The air always has that heavy scent of machinery and petroleum which stays on your skin even after you go home. We are just a small crew of people who move the barrels and fill up the smaller containers for the customers who stop by. Most of the folks who come here are truck drivers or people with old tractors who need to keep their engines running smooth. We don't have any polished floors or bright lights. It is just a practical workspace with some old wooden desks and a calendar on the wall that nobody bothered to change. The traffic in Talab Tillo can be a nightmare in the mornings so we try to get most of our heavy loading done before the roads get too clogged up with cars. It is honest work that keeps us dirty but we are okay with that. We know our oils better than anyone else around here. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the supply moving. There is always something that needs lifting or pouring.
