Endeaver Education

Endeaver Education is based on Exchange Road, which is right in the middle of everything in the Kachi Chawni part of Jammu. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a normal brick structure among all the other shops and offices. Most of our days are spent at the front desk or in the back room where we keep all the files. Morning starts with sweeping the floor and making sure the lights are working before anyone shows up. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so there are always stacks of forms and registers lying around that need attention. We often find ourselves looking for a pen that actually works or trying to find space for new folders. Outside, the street is always busy with people heading to work or running errands in the 180001 area. Sometimes it feels like we spend half our day just greeting the people who walk past our door. A small kettle in the corner helps us make tea, which is how we get through the long afternoons. It's a plain office with no fancy furniture or bright lights, just a practical space where the daily tasks are handled. We don't really make a big deal out of things, we just stay until the work is done and then lock up for the night.
