Shri Mahalaxmi Granites

Shri Mahalaxmi Granites is located at H-1-36 in the Third Phase of the Industrial Area. It’s a large plot because granite slabs take up a lot of room and they are very heavy to move around. We spend our days out in the yard, checking the patterns on the stones and making sure everything is loaded safely onto the trucks. The sun can be quite hot out there, but that is where the work is. Our office is a small room on the side where we keep our records and talk to customers. We aren’t trying to be a fancy designer boutique; we are a granite yard where the focus is on the material. We’ve been in the third phase for a good while and we know most of the other business owners nearby. It’s a community of people who work with their hands. We like the rough nature of the granite business. Every slab is a bit different, and we enjoy showing the variations to people who come by. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound like a big company. We are just a local team doing our job day in and day out. It’s a lot of lifting and sweating, but we take pride in the slabs we send out. It’s just a place where we do our work and deal with people directly. We are usually here from early morning getting everything ready for the day’s deliveries and talking to anyone who stops in.
