Sayyed Brothers Granites

Sayyed Brothers Granites is based over at H 1-106 in the 2nd Phase of the Riico Industrial Area. We are a family-run business and we spend most of our time right here on the shop floor. The industrial area is a big place, but we have been in this spot for a good while now. We mainly handle granite slabs. It is a lot of heavy lifting and careful work with the cranes. Our day starts early before it gets too hot to work comfortably. We don't have any polished sales pitches or a fancy showroom. When you come to see us, you are seeing the actual workspace where the stone gets cut and polished. We usually have a lot of offcuts and slabs leaning against the walls. It is a bit messy, but that is the reality of working with stone. We talk to people about what kind of finish they want, whether it is honed or polished. Most of us here are brothers or cousins, so we work well together without needing much instruction. We have seen a lot of changes in the Riico area over the years, but our way of working has stayed mostly the same. We just focus on getting the granite out the door and making sure the measurements are what the customer asked for. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
