We are located at G-1/67 in the first phase of the industrial area. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of factories and warehouses around us. Our main thing is granite. We spend the whole day surrounded by large blocks and cut slabs. The machines for cutting and polishing are usually running, so it can get pretty loud inside. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a quiet chat, but it’s where the real work happens. We focus on getting the granite ready, whether it is for a small project or a bigger order. The workers here have a lot of experience with the stone, and they know how to spot flaws or cracks. We keep a pretty regular schedule, starting early to beat the midday heat as much as possible. The industrial area is always moving, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We try to keep our corner of it somewhat organized, though with stone, there is always some clutter. We don't have a big sales team; it's mostly just the owners and the guys doing the heavy lifting. We’ve been at this for a good bit of time now. It’s a basic business model: we get the stone, we process it, and we send it out. No need to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. It is just Samkeet Granite doing its daily rounds in Phase I. We enjoy the work.
