Navdeep Granite

Out in Phase-3 of the Riico Industrial Area in Jalore, you’ll find us near the Gas Godam. It’s a practical location for a granite business. There’s a lot of heavy industry around here, so we fit right in. We deal with granite all day long. The slabs are heavy and require a lot of care to move without breaking anything. We have a big open area where we keep the stock. The sun in Jalore can be pretty intense, so we try to get the hardest work done early in the day. We don’t have a fancy office. Most of our business happens right out in the yard or near the entrance. You’ll see the machines running and hear the water spraying to keep the dust down. It’s a noisy environment, but we’re used to it. The trucks come in from the main road, and we spend a lot of time loading them up. It’s a physical job. My back usually aches by the evening. We don’t spend money on marketing or big signs. People who need granite know where to find the industrial area. We just focus on keeping the slabs organized so we can find what a customer needs. It’s simple, honest work. Sometimes the dust gets into everything, but that’s the nature of the business. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure the stone is ready for delivery.
