Krishna Kanhaiya Granites

You can find us in Madalpura Bhagli. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though the noise from the cutters can get loud during the day. Krishna Kanhaiya Granites is really just a bunch of us working with heavy slabs of stone. We spend a lot of time out in the yard under the sun. It gets pretty hot around here in the summer months, which makes the work even tougher. We deal with granite because that is what people around here seem to want for their houses. The pieces are big and they take a lot of muscle to move around. We don't have a glossy catalog or a fancy showroom to show people. Mostly, folks just come down to Madalpura Bhagli and look at the stacks we have piled up. We tell them what’s what and how much it costs. Sometimes the edges are rough, and we have to spend time smoothing things out. It’s a dirty job, and we go home covered in dust every single day. My hands are always calloused from the stone, but I’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the orders we have and make sure the stone gets where it needs to go. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here.
