Jay Ambay Granite

Working out of Plot No H-14 in the Riico Industrial Area, Iiird Phase, means we’re surrounded by a lot of heavy machinery and dust. That’s just the life at Jay Ambay Granite. It’s an industrial zone, so it isn't exactly a place for a Sunday stroll, but it’s where the real work happens. We spend our time moving granite slabs with the crane and making sure the cuts are decent. The Iiird Phase is always busy, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk. People come here because they need stone for a project, and we show them what’s currently sitting in our lot. Some of the granite is dark, some is light, and every batch is a little different from the last one. We’ve learned over the years that you can’t rush this kind of work. Moving these heavy pieces takes patience and a bit of muscle. The yard is big enough to hold a fair amount of stock, but it fills up fast when a new shipment arrives. We stay pretty busy just keeping up with the inventory. It’s loud, it’s dirty, and the sun can be brutal in the middle of the day, but we’re used to it. We just focus on getting the slabs ready for whoever needs them. It’s straightforward, honest labor at the end of the day.
