Gopi Granites

Gopi Granites is situated at Plot No 89 in the village of Madalpura. We are right on Bhinmal Road in the Bhagli Sindhlan area. It’s a bit out of the main town, which gives us plenty of space for all the heavy stone we keep on the lot. Working in a village like Madalpura is different than being in the city; it’s a bit quieter until we start up the machinery. Most of our day is spent out on the plot, moving granite slabs around or checking the finish on the latest batch that came in. The road out here stays busy with trucks, which is good for us since people see the signs as they drive toward Bhinmal. We’ve got a lot of different types of granite sitting out in the sun. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with the water and the stone dust, but that’s just part of the process. We don’t have a glossy catalog or a big sales team. If someone stops by, we just walk them around the plot and show them what we’ve got available at the moment. It’s hard work, especially when it gets hot out, but we’ve been doing this for a while now. The yard is usually full, and we try our best to keep things organized so we know exactly where each stone is located when a customer asks. We don't really have a lunch room, so we just eat where we can.
