If you head down Kurha Road in Bodwad, you’ll find us at number 778. We are out in the Manur area, which is a bit of a drive but it puts us right near the farms. Being an agro producer company, we need to be where the crops are grown. The building is simple, nothing too modern, just a solid place to keep our equipment and documents. The air out here is usually dry and the sun beats down pretty hard on the Kurha road. We spend a lot of time tracking the movements of the produce and talking to the local growers. In the office, there’s usually a radio playing in the background or just the sound of people discussing the market rates. We have a few stacks of bags in the corner and some samples of what’s being grown this season. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We wear clothes that can handle a bit of dirt because we are often out checking on things. Lunch is usually brought from home and shared among the staff. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to moving supplies. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets done correctly. It’s just how we do things here in Bodwad, keeping it practical and focused on the day's tasks.
