Bio Synthetics

Our business, Bio Synthetics, is situated at B-20 in the MIDC Area. If you know the industrial zones, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses around here. We fit right in. Our building is a basic industrial unit. We’ve been here for quite a few years now. The MIDC area is always active with trucks and workers. It’s not the prettiest place to work, but it’s where things get made. We focus on synthetic materials and processing. We have some machinery and a small office space at the front. It gets a bit loud when the machines are running, but that's just part of the job. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our customers are other businesses who know what we do and where to find us. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the work at hand. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We eat lunch together and talk about the news or the cricket scores. It’s a very casual environment, even though we are dealing with technical stuff. We don't go in for corporate jargon. We just say what we mean and do what needs to be done. It’s been working for us for a long time, so we don't see any reason to change it now. We just keep the wheels turning.
