We are located over in Chorwad, which is part of the Raver area in Jalgaon. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it’s all about the land and what we can grow on it. Shramsadhana is basically a group of us who decided to organize things a bit better. Our office is at 101 Chorwadtal-Raver, and it’s a pretty busy spot most mornings. We aren't trying to be some big city firm. Most of the time, we are just dealing with the daily tasks of running a farmer producer company. This means looking at seeds, checking on what the members need, and trying to figure out the market. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of details that people in the city probably don't think about. The name Shramsadhana really just means we put in the effort. We have a lot of members from around Jalgaon-425508. It’s not always easy, especially when prices for crops go up and down like they do. We just keep going. You won't find any corporate jargon here. We speak plainly and work hard. The office is usually cluttered with registers and samples. We focus on the practical side of farming. It’s a local effort, run by local people who understand what it takes to get things grown and sold. That’s really all there is to it for us. We just try to stay honest and keep moving forward with our daily work.
