Shurnari Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Pimpri Kh, which is in the Erandol area of Jalgaon. We use Eknath Rajaram Badgujar’s place as our base of operations. It’s a typical village setting where everyone is involved in agriculture in one way or another. We are a group of farmers who decided to team up to make things a bit more manageable. Jalgaon is famous for bananas and other crops, and we spend our days making sure our produce gets where it needs to go. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dirt, sweat, and long hours under the sun. We meet up at the house to talk about the upcoming season or to sort out some paperwork, which always seems to take longer than it should. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. It’s just us talking to other farmers and buyers. Sometimes the crops don't do as well as we hoped, and those are the hard months. But we’ve lived here all our lives, so we’re used to the ups and downs of the land. Our focus is really just on the daily tasks of farming and making sure we can support our families. It’s a very local operation, and we like it that way. We don’t need anything fancy to get the job done, just a bit of cooperation and some decent weather to keep the farms going.
