Shreeniwasa Agro Marketing Private Limited is based right here in Yawal. You can find us at House No 705/3, over on Falak Nagar along the Bhusawal Road. It's a busy spot because of all the traffic going towards Bhusawal, so there is always something happening outside our door. We handle a lot of the marketing side for the local crops around here. Most of us grew up in this part of Yawal and we know the land pretty well. Dealing with produce is never easy because the market prices change every single day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who come by the house. It's not like those big corporate offices you see in the city. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and receipts, and there is always a cup of tea going somewhere. We try to help move the goods from the farms to where they need to go without too much fuss. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather gets too hot, which happens a lot in Yawal, but we manage to stay on top of it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep things moving for the people we work with. Most days it's just about checking the quality of what’s coming in and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning till late.
