Shree Padmalaya Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located at Survey Number 173 in Jilha Peth, specifically in the Visawi Nagar area of Jalgaon. Shree Padmalaya Agro is basically just us locals getting together to handle our agro business. Jalgaon is known for its intense heat, and we definitely feel it every day out in the fields. Our spot in Visawi Nagar isn't anything fancy, just a practical location where we can manage the crops and the paperwork that comes with it. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual farming side of things. There are always seeds to buy or harvests to move before the rain comes. We don't use a lot of big words or have a polished way of speaking. We just tell it like it is to whoever asks. If the crop is bad, we say it’s bad. If it’s good, we’re happy but we don’t brag about it. Our group is made of people who have been farming this area for many years. We know the dirt here. Sometimes the city grows around us, but we keep to our work at S.No 173. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, especially during the peak harvest seasons when everyone is busy. We don't have a big marketing budget because we’d rather spend that money on better equipment or seeds for the next round. It’s just a straightforward operation. We show up, we work, and we go home to our families. That’s the way it’s been and that’s how we plan to keep it.
