Our company is based in Hingane, which is a small spot in the Bhusawal taluka. We don't have a big fancy office building with a sign out front. We mostly operate out of our local area where we've all been farming for generations. Bhusawal is a busy place with the railway and all the trade, but out here in Hingane, things are a bit slower and more focused on the ground beneath our feet. We named it Shirsala Maroti Agro because it felt right for our community. We spend our days out in the heat, and when we need to talk business, we just find a shade tree or a small room to sit in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with marketing talk. We just want to make sure that when we grow something, we actually get a decent return for all that sweat. Most of us are more comfortable with a shovel than a pen, but we're learning the business side as we go. It’s about survival, really.
