It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes the sun is really unforgiving. But we don't complain much because this is what we know. Our company was formed so we could help each other out. It makes more sense to work as a group than on our own. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the crops. Sometimes our kids help out with the computer stuff because we aren't all that great with it. It’s a family kind of atmosphere here. People stop by for tea and we talk about the market prices. We don't have a big grand plan, just trying to keep things moving forward year by year.
