Nicety Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our company, Nicety Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited, is located at Gat Number 80 in Waghre village, which is in the Parola area. We are right in the middle of the farming belt here. Most of us are locals who grew up with our hands in the mud. We decided to start this company because farming as an individual was becoming too expensive and too risky. Now we try to manage things like buying seeds and selling our cotton as a collective. Our office is a very simple building on the farm, nothing like the offices you see in the cities. We have some basic furniture and a lot of registers that we have to keep updated for the government. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary for us to stay organized. We meet up when the weather allows and talk about which crops to plant next. Sometimes we have a lot of stress when the market prices fall, but having the group makes it a bit easier to handle. We aren't here to promise anything fancy. We just want to work our land and get a decent return for it. We are just plain, hardworking people who know the value of a good harvest. We don't use marketing tricks or corporate talk. We just stay focused on our crops and our community in Waghre. It's just simple, honest work.
