Mindflora Farmer Producer Company Limited

Mindflora is basically a group of us from around Bole who decided to work together. We operate out of Narendra Budha Koli’s place here in the village. Parola is our main town, but most of our days are spent right here on the dirt. It started because we noticed how hard it was for one person to get a good deal on their own. So, we set this up to pool what we have. It’s not a corporate setup with suits and ties. Mostly it’s just jeans and work shirts. We talk about the rain, the soil, and who’s growing what. Sometimes we disagree on things, but that’s how it is when you have a bunch of people involved. We try to keep our records straight, though the filing isn't our favorite part of the day. We’d much rather be looking at the plants. The address is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve lived here our whole lives, so we know the land pretty well. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on a shipment or talking to a neighbor about their harvest. It isn’t always pretty, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we’re here every day. It's just local folks trying to keep the farming life going in Bole. We don't have a fancy website or anything, just this company and our tools.
