You can find our shop, number 73, right inside the Krishi Utpanna Bazar Samiti in Jalgaon. Being in the APMC market means we are right in the thick of things every morning. The market wakes up early, and so do we. Kushal Mangal Overseas Private Limited started because we wanted to take the local produce from Jalgaon and see it go further, even across borders. Our shop isn’t very big, but it’s always full of activity. There are sacks of goods piled up, and people are always coming in to talk about prices or logistics. We don't have any polished sales pitches or expensive office furniture. It’s mostly just wooden benches and a sturdy table where we do our business. Jalgaon is famous for certain crops, and we make it our job to know every detail about them. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with transport and making sure the documentation is correct for shipping. The market can be very loud and dusty, but that’s where the real trade happens. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just local businessmen who know the market inside out. If you walk through the Bazar Samiti, you’ll see us there among the other traders, probably checking a sample of grain or talking to a truck driver about his route.
