We sit around on plastic chairs and discuss what needs to happen with the crops and the sales. The saw mill is right there, so you’ll hear the sound of wood being cut while we talk about seeds or fertilizer. It's a very practical setup. We don't have a logo on every wall or uniforms. We just wear our regular work clothes. Sometimes the logistics of getting products to market get complicated, especially when the roads are bad after a heavy rain.
