Jalchakra Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is Jalchakra Farmers Producer Company Limited, and we are based in a place called Jalchakra Kh in Bodwad, Jalgaon. The address is 66/2, and it’s right where most of us live and work. Farming in Jalgaon has its own set of challenges, especially with the heat and the water situation. We decided to register this company so we could have a bit more say in how our produce is handled. It’s mostly just us neighbors coming together to buy fertilizers or sell our cotton and other crops. Dealing with the market alone is a massive headache, so we do it as a group now. It isn’t a polished operation with people in suits. We are farmers who spend most of our time on tractors or in the dirt. We set this up because the old ways of doing business weren’t helping us enough. Now, at least we can talk to buyers as a single unit. It makes a difference when you are trying to pay back loans or save for the next season. The office is a simple room where we keep our records and meet when the sun goes down. We are just trying to keep our heads above water and make sure our kids can keep farming if they want to. It is plain work for plain people, and we take it one day at a time.
