We are located at H No 34/B in Bhusani, which is in the Kalwan area. Even though our address says Jalgaon, we are really tied to the land in the Nasik district. Abhonakhore Farmers Producer Company Limited is basically just us locals working together. We’ve been farming these parts for a long time. It’s a hilly area and the work is physically demanding. We grow what we can, mostly the usual crops for this region. We decided to form this company because doing things alone was getting harder every year. Now, we share the load. We talk about what seeds are working and where we can sell our stuff for a fair price. It’s not a big, polished business. It’s just a group of people who understand what it means to work in the sun all day. We meet at the house in Bhusani to figure things out. Sometimes the paperwork is confusing, but we help each other through it. We don't have a big team of managers. We are the managers and the workers at the same time. We just want to keep our way of life going. It’s about the soil, the rain, and the harvest. We take the good years with the bad and just keep planting. That’s really the whole story of our group.
