You can find us at 343 Shastri Nagar in Jalandhar, right near the Harbans Nagar area. We have been working from this location for quite a long time now. We call ourselves technocrats because we mostly handle technical services and industrial projects. It is the kind of work where you usually end up with grease on your hands or dust on your clothes. We have a lot of tools and testing equipment scattered around the place, so it is not the neatest office you will ever see. Some days are quiet and we just sit and do calculations, but other days are loud because of the machinery or people coming in to talk about a specific part they need. Jalandhar has plenty of small industries, so there is always someone looking for some technical help or a repair. We are not interested in being the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do the job right the first time so we don't have to go back and fix it again later. The team is just a few people who actually know how these machines work. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you walk in, you will likely see us huddled over a workbench or reading through a technical manual. We drink a lot of chai and talk about how to solve whatever problem walked through the door that morning. It is steady, honest work.
