Sameer Goel

Sameer Goel works out of the Hero Heart DMC & Hospital in Jalandhar City. The hospital is located in the 144001 area, which is pretty much the center of everything. It is a large, busy building that always feels like it’s in motion. Sameer Goel has his routine there, and it usually involves a lot of walking through those long hallways. The hospital is a well-known landmark in this part of Jalandhar. It’s not a quiet place. There are always bells ringing, people talking, and the general hum of machines in the background. The waiting areas are usually full of families from all over the region. It’s a lot to take in if you aren’t used to it. We don't have many slow days here. The staff is always moving from one thing to the next. The walls are lined with various notices and charts. It feels like a very functional, serious place. There is no pretense about what we do. It’s just a big hospital in a big city. Sameer is just one part of the whole machine that keeps the place running. Outside, Jalandhar is loud and fast, and that energy definitely spills over into the hospital. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving as they should. It’s a lot of work, but that’s the reality of it. We just keep showing up.
