My name is Rajpreet Singh and you can find me at Guru Nanak Medical Centre. We are located at 64- Sus Ngr in Jalandhar City, right behind the old Lal Rattan cinema. It's a handy landmark for people who aren't familiar with our street. The 144001 area is pretty central, so we get people coming in from all directions. This medical center has been my home away from home for a long time. It isn't a massive corporate facility with glass walls and uniforms. It feels more like a local spot where people know each other. I started here because I wanted to be involved in local healthcare. We handle a bit of everything. Sometimes the waiting area gets a little cramped when it’s flu season, and I have to apologize for the wait. That’s just reality. The back of Lal Rattan is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice for the patients. I try to keep things organized, but in a medical setting, things can get messy fast. We don't use big words to confuse anyone. We just explain what’s going on and what needs to happen next. It is a practical place. Most of our furniture has been here as long as I have. It’s comfortable and it works. People know they can just walk in and we will see them as soon as we can. It’s a bit dusty today, but we’re here.
