I work out of Satyam Hospital and the Shivam Fertility & Ivf Centre. You can find us at Kapurthala Chowk in Jalandhar City. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside. I’ve been involved in medical practice here for quite some time. The facility is set up to handle general hospital needs as well as more specific fertility and IVF cases. It’s a place where families come when they are hoping to start a family or just need regular medical attention. We have different areas for different types of treatments. The building isn't new, but it works well for what we need to do. I spend most of my day moving between the consultation rooms and the clinic areas. People come from all over Jalandhar and even from further away because Kapurthala Chowk is a well-known landmark. It’s not a fancy corporate environment; it’s more of a hardworking medical center where the focus is on the patients. We have a small staff that helps keep things running, but it can get quite hectic on certain days. Dealing with fertility is a sensitive thing, so we try to keep that part of the clinic a bit quieter. If you’re coming from the city center, just head towards the chowk and you’ll see our sign. It’s just where we do our daily work, year after year. It's a role that keeps me very busy.
