Om Sai Study Centre

Om Sai Study Centre is on Ladowali Road in Jalandhar City. If you know Jalandhar, you know Ladowali Road is always busy with cycles and rickshaws. We are in a small building that isn't very tall. We don't have a lift, so you have to use the stairs. It’s just a simple study centre where people come to sit and read. We have some books on the shelves that anyone can use. The tables are a bit old and some have scratches on them, but they work fine for writing. We don’t have a big team of people. It’s mostly just me and one other person who looks after the place. We open early in the morning because some students like to study before their work starts. It’s a bit quiet inside compared to the street outside. We don’t have an air conditioner, just some big ceiling fans that hum. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in June, but that’s just how it is. We don't try to make the place look like a corporate office. It’s just a room for students. There’s a tea shop just a few doors down where everyone goes for a break. We’ve been here for a few years and most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s a very plain, no-nonsense kind of place for anyone who needs to focus.
