It’s got that lived-in feel, which honestly makes it more comfortable to work in than some cold glass building. We don’t have any polished marketing teams or people in ties walking around. Usually, it's just us in our regular clothes, sitting at desks that have seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more worried about getting our work finished than how the place looks to outsiders. There’s a bit of noise from the street sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. Ludhiana district is known for being a hub of activity, and we feel like a small part of that. We keep our paperwork in stacks and try our best to stay on top of everything. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s our system. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking chai and working through a pile of tasks. It’s just a normal, hardworking Punjabi office environment.
