We operate Industrial Consultants & Laboratories out of 1116 in Urban Estate Phase II. It’s a decent-sized place and it suits what we do quite well. We’ve been in this location for quite a few years now. The neighborhood is a mix of different things, but it’s mostly quiet. Inside, we have our equipment and our office space set up. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything. It’s a working lab and consultancy. We spend a lot of time looking at data and running tests. It’s precise work, so we try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every day. Most of us are in practical clothes because we’re often working with our hands or moving around the lab. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. Urban Estate Phase II is a good home for us. We know the local shops and where to get a good lunch. We’re just a group of people who are good at the technical side of things. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just give them the results they need. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We just keep doing what we know how to do every day.
