You can find us at Fairdeal Telecom over on Garha Road, specifically at 92 Green Park, Lane Number 7. We are tucked right behind the main bus stand, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. It’s a handy spot if you’re traveling, though. We’ve been dealing with telecom stuff for a while. It started as a small idea and just grew into this shop. We handle a lot of different things related to phones and communication. It’s not always easy keeping up with how fast technology changes, but we do what we can. The office is usually cluttered with boxes and parts, but we know where everything is. Our neighbors are all local shops, so it feels like a real community here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a phone needs fixing or someone needs a connection, we just get to it. Sometimes the internet goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We aren't some big corporate chain with a script. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors because they usually are. Working behind the bus stand means we see all sorts of people every day. It keeps the job interesting. We just want to keep the doors open and do right by the folks who walk in. It’s a lot of work, but we like being our own bosses at the end of the day and seeing the same faces come back.
