The Icici Bank Ltd branch is located at Hno 202 10 in Preet Nagar. If you are coming down Ladowali Road, you have to watch for the railway crossing because that usually slows everyone down. It’s quite noisy when the trains go past but we have gotten used to it over time. This place is right near where the Sushil Kumar S O Ram Chand family is known. Jalandhar can get really dusty so we are always wiping down the counters. Most of our visitors are locals who walk over from the nearby streets. It’s not a very big space, just enough for a few of us to work and for people to wait their turn. We spend a lot of time on the computer or filling out those paper slips that everyone still seems to need. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit but the backup generator kicks in eventually. It is a very normal neighborhood vibe. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls at Icici Bank Ltd, just the standard calendars and clocks. People come in, say hello, get their business finished, and head back out to the market. It feels like a regular part of the day for everyone. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to stand around too long in the heat. It is just a plain, honest place to get your banking done near the tracks.
