Our office is found at C 256, Street No 1, in the Mohalla Santpura area of Kapurthala City. It’s a local spot that’s pretty easy to get to if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this street for some time now, handling the life insurance needs for the people living around here. It’s a basic office, nothing too special to look at, but it’s where we do all our heavy lifting with the paperwork. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out their plans and making sure their records are up to date. The Mohalla Santpura area has its own charm, and being right on Street No 1 means we see a lot of the local life passing by our window. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a branch office where the staff knows most of the people who come in by name. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem with a policy or someone needs to update their details, they just come in and we sit down to talk it through. It beats sitting on hold on a phone line for an hour. We have our busy days where the desks are buried under folders, but we manage to stay on top of it. It’s honest work and we like being part of the city’s daily grind. The office is usually open early so people can drop by before their own work starts.
