Our office is tucked away in Mohalla No 11 in Jalandhar Cantt, at H No 31. The Cantt area has its own specific feel—it's very orderly and generally quieter than the main city parts. We’ve been at this house for a good while now. It doesn't look like a corporate headquarters from the outside, just another brick house in a row. Inside, we've turned the rooms into workspaces for the team. We mostly deal with the technical side of things and local customer service for the folks living in the military area and around. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, they are usually neighbors or people from the nearby blocks. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking the status of the local towers. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the experience here. We eat our lunch together and usually talk about local news or whatever is happening in the Mohalla. It’s a grounded way to work. We aren't here to sell you anything fancy or give you a big pitch. We just manage the Bharti Airtel services for this specific corner of Jalandhar. It’s plain and simple work, and we like the routine of it.
