We are based in Jalandhar, right in Model Town at 131 L. If you know Punjab, you know Model Town is a pretty well-known area. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle our daily operations. It isn't a massive skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular building where we’ve set up shop. The street can get a bit busy during the day, especially with people moving around the market area, but inside it’s mostly quiet enough to get work done. We spend our time managing the group's affairs, which involves a lot of coordinating and making sure things are running where they should be. It’s a bit of a mix of everything here. We have a few rooms dedicated to different tasks, and the tea guy comes by a couple of times a day which is always a highlight. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm; we just want to do our jobs and be part of the community here in Jalandhar. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We know the neighbors and the local shops pretty well. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us. We just keep things moving, handle the paperwork, and try to stay on top of our schedules. Every day brings something new but we usually just handle it with a cup of tea and some good conversation among the staff.
