You can find us right at the Bye Pass Chowk on Sultanpur Road. We are situated near the Kapurthala Chowk as well, so it’s a very busy intersection. There is always a lot of dust in the air from the trucks passing through the bypass. Our building is a sturdy one, meant for holding a lot of weight. We’ve been at this location for a while because it’s easy for the transport drivers to pull over. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by crates and boxes waiting to be moved. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s just a practical workspace where we check invoices and inspect the goods. The sun hits the front of the shop quite hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. The phone is usually ringing with drivers asking for directions or checking on their loads. Sultanpur Road is never really quiet, and we’ve gotten used to the constant hum of engines. We aren't the type to use big words or have complicated meetings. We just look at what’s coming in and what’s going out. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. Being at the Chowk means we see everyone passing through, and we just keep our focus on the crates in front of us and the paperwork on the desk.
