Epitome

Epitome is inside the Sekhon Grand Hotel on G T Road in Jalandhar. We are located right at Namdev Chowk, which is a busy intersection. There’s always noise and movement outside from the cars and buses on the main road. Being part of the hotel, we see a lot of people who are just traveling through Punjab. We also get locals from Jalandhar who know the hotel well. It’s a regular restaurant with a simple layout. We have enough seating for people coming in for lunch or dinner. The staff has been with us for a while and they know how to handle the busy hours. G T Road is a major route, so we are easy to find. We don't do anything flashy. It’s just about serving meals to whoever walks in. Namdev Chowk is a good landmark if you’re trying to tell someone where we are. The kitchen starts early to get things ready for the day. We don’t have a fancy mission or anything, we just cook the food and try to keep the place clean. The 144002 area is quite central, so we get a good mix of people. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it’s packed, especially on weekends when families come out. We just take the orders and bring the food out. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been here for years and we just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. It is just a place where people eat.
