If you look up at the second floor of building 355 in Urban Estate, that’s where you’ll find us at Computers Concepts. We are right near the Urban Chappal Corner here in Phase-1 of Jalandhar City. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet space compared to the street noise below. I’ve been working with computers for years, and this shop is where I spend almost all my time now. We fix laptops, look at motherboards, and try to get people’s data back when things go wrong. Jalandhar is a busy place, and everyone seems to have a broken screen or a slow computer these days. The shop is often filled with parts and cables tangling everywhere, no matter how much I try to organize them. It feels like a real workshop. I like being in Urban Estate because it’s a central spot for people living around here. Most of our customers come by because they heard about us from a neighbor or saw the sign while buying shoes downstairs. We aren't a big showroom with shiny floors. It’s more of a place where we sit under tube lights and focus on the screens. Sometimes we have a tea break while waiting for a software update to finish. It’s a simple life, just keeping the tech running for the local folks in Phase-1.
