Pankaj Paul is over at Dr. Ravi Paul Hospital in Jalandhar City. The hospital is a well-known place in the 144001 area. I spend most of my days within these walls. Jalandhar is a pretty crowded city, and the hospital can get quite hectic sometimes. It’s not a quiet office job, that’s for sure. There’s always someone calling out or a trolley being pushed down the hall. My workspace is just a part of the larger hospital building. It’s a functional place, meant for work and not for looking pretty. I’ve been here for a good while now. The streets outside are always full of rickshaws and cars. It can be a bit of a struggle to find parking sometimes, which is just life in Jalandhar. Inside the hospital, we have our routine. I handle my tasks, talk to the patients, and coordinate with the other staff. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world, just a place that works. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. People come from all over the district to this hospital. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real environment. We just do what we have to do every day. No big speeches or fancy missions, just regular hospital work. If you're in Jalandhar City, you've probably passed by this place at some point.
