If you go to Vijay Nagar in Basti Nau, you will find us located right behind Jhanda Wala Peer. It is a very well-known landmark, so people rarely get lost trying to find our place. We have been doing knitwear for a long time in this area. Our workspace is usually filled with the sound of knitting machines and people talking over the noise. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now. We handle everything from sweaters to other knitted items. The space is a bit tight because we have to store all the finished goods and the raw wool in the same building. We try to keep it as organized as possible, but it can get messy during the busy season. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing plans. We just wake up, come to the shop, and start working on the pieces. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice to have some water or tea. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know we do things the traditional way. We don't use a lot of high-tech stuff, just the skills we learned a long time ago. Basti Nau is a good place for a business like ours because everyone supports each other. We just keep doing what we do best every single day.
