Satya Paul & Company

Satya Paul & Company is tucked away in Raj Nagar, over in the Basti Bawa Khel area. It’s more of a local neighborhood spot than a big industrial park. We’ve been operating from here for a long time. Our setup is quite simple. We have the space where we handle all our business and keep our supplies. It is not a corporate office at all. It is just a place where we get things done. Most of our days are spent talking to customers and managing the logistics of what we sell. Basti Bawa Khel is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we get a lot of people just stopping by to check on their orders or have a quick chat. We don’t have a big team of sales people. It is usually just one or two of us handling everything from the phones to the loading. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we manage to keep track of it all. We don’t use any complex systems, just our notebooks and some basic records. It’s a very practical way of running a business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure we don’t overcomplicate things. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and serves us well for the work we do. We like being part of the community here in Raj Nagar and we plan to stay for a while. It's just home for us.
