Gaurav Impex

You’ll find Gaurav Impex at E.F. 494 in Krishan Nagar. It’s a local spot and we’ve grown quite attached to the neighborhood over the years. We handle import and export stuff, which sounds fancy, but mostly it involves a lot of checking boxes and making sure labels are correct. The office isn't very large at all. We have stacks of files and sometimes samples of the things we trade sitting on the floor or on the corner of the desks. Krishan Nagar is a place where everyone knows everyone, and we really like that feel. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big buzzwords in our conversations. We just tell it like it is. If a shipment is going to be late because of the weather or something, we just say so. We don't have a big marketing budget, we just rely on the work we do every day. The building is a standard brick place, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just us and our desks and maybe a few chairs for guests. We try to keep things simple and avoid any drama. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the morning emails. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We don't have any grand missions, we just want to get the job done and go home to our families in the evening.
